The Virtual Classroom
DaDesktop serves as a virtual classroom.
Virtual classrooms are software tools that bring instructors and learners together to interact with each other and the course content. What sets DaDesktop apart from standard video conferencing is its extra set of features tailored for education, such as remote desktops designed for IT related training.
For instance, with traditional video conferencing, helping a participant typically involves sharing or controlling their screen. In DaDesktop, you can give every participant a dedicated machine built just for them and located near them in Italy to reduce lag, and the trainer can take control anytime the participant asks.
Beyond that, DaDesktop lets you record the actions of both the trainer and each participant. Standard video conferencing software can't record the desktops of every participant individually.
