Pricing
You can choose from four payment models for DaDesktop:
- Public cloud (starting at 3 EUR per day)
- Private server (starting at 10 EUR per day)
- Reseller or volume purchasing (starting at 0.1 EUR per day)
- On-premise
Public Cloud
Daily rates for the public cloud start at 3 EUR for a basic Linux desktop featuring 8GB of RAM, an 8-core CPU, and 50GB of SSD storage.
Adding another 8GB of RAM, 8 additional CPU cores, or 50GB of extra storage incurs an additional cost of 3 EUR.
Windows-based machines carry an extra fee of 1 EUR per day. However, if you supply your own Windows license, this charge is waived.
NB The daily charge applies to any usage within a 24-hour window starting from midnight local server time.
Private Server
If you prefer predictable costs that remain steady regardless of the number of desktops deployed or resources allocated per desktop, you may purchase an entire dedicated server.
With this option, your limits are defined strictly by the server's hardware capacity rather than per-unit charges. Please get in touch with us for further details.
Reseller or volume discounts
Discounts of up to 80% are available for resellers and bulk buyers.
This option is typically suited for organisations that:
- Plan to integrate DaDesktop into their own products
- Intend to resell the service
- Require high-volume purchasing
On-premise
The standard rate for on-premise deployment is 6 EUR per core.

Courses
For Public Cloud and Reseller plans, course costs are billed to the Organization Owner based on users who created desktops during the course duration.
Trainers
- If a Trainer is invited to join a course, the Organization Owner will be billed for that course.
- If the Trainer creates the course themselves, the Trainer will be billed.
-
In summary, the Organization owner associated with the created course is responsible for payment.
