Reliable Controls is a Canadian company that produces intelligent building controllers. They distribute six different products to clients across Italy. Every year, after rolling out a product update, they conduct between 20 and 24 online training sessions for over 300 users. Initially, they had to supply computers with the software pre-installed for each session. The trainer can monitor all student screens at once, making supervision and guidance effortless. The trainer can also remotely take control of a student's desktop to provide assistance at any moment.
