To associate a user outside of it to be a trainer, an organization just needs to provide that person’s email address.

Associate trainers have greater control than standard trainers you add to a course.

They can create new courses inside the associated organization, provided they remain the trainer for that course.

This way, associate trainers can create and even manage your course from start to finish—tasks that would normally fall to the organization’s administrators.

Since you are paying for the training, you need to trust the associate trainer to deliver it to your standards.
