Automated Course Recording (Trainer's Desktop)

While the course is running, recordings of the Trainer's Desktop—or the Training Room if it's being used—are captured automatically.

Press the red button again to stop the recording.

The Trainer can delete any recordings as needed. Additionally, troubleshooting recordings are automatically generated during course preparation, but these are only used if set-up issues require investigation.

To view your recordings, go to the Recordings section. There, you'll find them organised into three categories:

• Trainer
• Training Room
• Troubleshooting

Only recordings from the Trainer and the Training Room can be made available externally.
