DaDesktop Versions

DaDesktop is available in the following versions:

1. DaDesktop Cloud
   1. Public Cloud
   2. Private Server (single tenant)
2. On-Premise (ddOP)
3. OEM (ddOEM)

DaDesktop Cloud

Users access the service through dadesktop.com, which runs on DaDesktop servers.

1. Public Cloud
   1. Servers are hosted in DaDesktop data centres Italy and shared among customers.
2. Private Server
   1. A dedicated server is reserved for the client within a DaDesktop data centre Italy, used exclusively by that client.

DaDesktop On-Premise

The On-Premise version is installed on the customer’s own physical hardware, whether on their premises or in their chosen data centre.

Customers can choose a license-only option or a license bundled with DaDesktop-sourced hardware.

DaDesktop OEM

DaDesktop OEM allows third-party providers to resell the software with their own branding, so end users remain unaware that DaDesktop powers the solution. The reseller is responsible for handling all client support requests.
