Training materials organization – A more seamless integration with trainer resources, attendees' notes, slide decks, and so on.
Auto Upscaling Desktop – If a participant or trainer's desktop runs low on resources, additional CPU, RAM, or disk space is assigned automatically, without disrupting the session.
Real time subtitles with translations – Picture a trainer delivering a session in English to Japanese learners; they can read real-time Japanese subtitles (this is available for customers who have opted into "Preview features").
Real time interpretation with AI – Japanese attendees can listen to a live Japanese interpretation even while the trainer speaks English.
Participant assistant – During lab exercises, the system provides guidance by suggesting the next step or alerting users when they've made a mistake, delivering quicker feedback when a learner gets stuck. Also known as the Participant Assistant Agent (available in Preview features).
Statistics – Course coordinators and stakeholders can monitor participant engagement.
DaDesktop for Work (DD4W)
Public Cloud – DaDesktop for Work is currently limited to private deployments; we plan to make DD4W available to everyone as a public cloud service.
Better encryption integration – At present, encryption is managed solely at the OS level, though users can connect it to DaDesktop. A graphical interface would streamline this (for instance, eliminating the need to enter a password on the machine because the system already knows the user's identity).
Auto-switch Remote replica – The system will automatically create or identify the nearest remote replica to reduce latency and enhance the overall experience.
DaDesktop Labs/Self-study
The system provides feedback on the learner's lab progress.
Creator studio – Lab authors can effortlessly edit recordings online and sync them with lab instructions, desktop templates, and additional resources (already in Beta).
